Jonathan (one of our founders) fosters abandoned dogs. This little terrier – nicknamed Dimbleby and seen here before his haircut and shampoo - was the first guest.
We are proud of the old-fashioned, personal service we offer. We know every single one of our canine customers by name and try to deal with all communications promptly and efficiently.
The quickest way to contact us is usually by email because we can direct your inquiry to the right person immediately. But we are, of course, just as happy to receive your phone calls and letters.
Finally, a confession: we are a small (very small), artisan food producer and we all take it in turns to make the food, pack, answer the telephone, deal with emails &c. Please bear with us if we have the answering machine switched on. It may take us a couple of hours to get back to you.
