If you are looking for the highest possible quality of raw food with lower levels of fat and/or protein, then the Honey’s Lean Range is the perfect option.
We offer four different recipes: Pasture Fed Lamb, Free Range Duck, Free Range Pork and Free Range Turkey. We also offer a complementary (rather than a complete) option: Washed Tripe and Beef Heart.
In order to ensure that the recipes are consistently lean we use exactly the same selected cuts of meat. That means cuts without fat and without skin and no ‘rich’ meat.
Our Lean Range was created to support:
- kidneys and liver,
- pancreatitis, colitis and hepatitis,
- joint issues,
- post-operative and general digestive issues (such as soft stools and flatulence),
- senior and less active dogs, and
- weight loss.
Remember the protein in this range is from the highest possible quality of raw ingredients. It is not directly comparable with protein levels in a highly processed food such as kibble or canned food. We do have other low-fat recipes including wild rabbit, wild game and wild venison. Please ask for details.
