Our Free Range Duck recipe is an excellent example of why the Honey’s approach to ingredients is so important.
The majority of our ducks come from a single farm in Devon, where they lead healthy, outdoor lives. They are raised in small flocks and are free to roam through pasture and woodland during the day. Crucially, they have access to either a stream, pond, lake or other freshwater for bathing, swimming and playing. At night, they have safe, farm housing. Their natural diet (which includes seeds, worms, insects, grasses and roots) is supplemented by a specially formulated duck feed.
As a result of this natural existence our Free Range Duck recipe is moist, full of flavour and packed with nutrition.

About
We make all our recipes by hand and in small batches using different cuts of meat each time. This helps to ensure greater variety. As a result, each batch may vary in terms of colour and consistency.
Our Working Dog Food Free Range Duck formula with vegetables contains approximately 2/3rd raw, free range duck (including bone and heart) and 1/3rd fresh, seasonal vegetables. The vegetables are grown locally for Honey’s.
Our vegetable free formula is 100% free range duck and bone.
Our food is made using the freshest possible ingredients that would, if they weren’t becoming dog food, be 100% suitable for human consumption. This is really important not just for ethical reasons but because high quality ingredients contain much higher nutritional values.
Our meat is all certified organic, wild or (for this recipe) free range.
All our ingredients come from British farms and are, therefore, seasonal.
Our food meets all the most vigorous nutritional guidelines as set out by the European Pet Food Industry Federation (FEDIAF), the Pet Food Manufacturers Association (PFMA) and the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). We achieve this without adding any supplements.

Out of Season Free Range Duck (complete pet food for dogs). Composition: Minced whole free range duck including finely minced bone and duck heart (67%). Minced carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, parsnip and other seasonal veg (33%). Analytical constituents: Moisture: 69.7%; Protein: 11.4%; Crude Fat: 14.7%; Crude Ash: 2.5%; Crude Fibre: 1.1%.
Out of Season – Vegetable Free – Free Range Duck (complete pet food for dogs). Composition: Minced whole free range duck including fine minced bone (95%), duck liver (5%). Analytical constituents. Moisture: 64.9%; Protein: 16.0%; Crude Fat: 11.0%; Crude Ash: 4.5%; Crude Fibre: 0.4%
