How it works

Everything you need to know about the ordering process


1. Order by telephone, online or email

We are all dog lovers so there is nothing we would rather do than chat with you about your dog.

So, if it suits you please do telephone to place your order.

Otherwise orders can be placed online or by email.

We generally suggest you order a month of food at a time.

We can easily set up a standing order if it would make life easier for you.

By the way, we would love to see a photograph of your dog (or dogs).

2. Preparation, packing and shipping

We prepare our recipes fresh each day and then freeze them down.

Note all our packaging is 100% recyclable and uses the minimum amount of materials (you can learn about it here)

Your order will be shipped to you using overnight couriers.

Our packaging, by the way, keeps the food sufficiently cool for up to 48 hours.

3. What to do when the food arrives

When your Honey’s order arrives we are afraid it falls to you (paws not being suited to the task) to take the food out of the box and pop it into the freezer.

We suggest that before going to bed every night you simply remove the following day’s food from the freezer so that it has a chance to defrost.

4. Please let us know how you are getting on

We like to know how our four legged customers are getting on.

This is especially true if there are any changes in his or her health or lifestyle as this may require a change in his or her diet.

Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will get in touch with you before you run out of food and in good time to prepare a fresh order for you.
