Honey’s was founded by a former organic pig farmer, so you won’t be surprised to hear that we are very choosy about where we source our pork.
We only buy from farmers who give their pigs plenty of space to roam, and plenty of opportunities to root. We also make sure that the pigs have adequate shade (ideally from trees), fresh water and warm, dry sleeping quarters. In summer, we like to see that the pigs have a chance to roll in mud, which, when it dries, forms a natural sunscreen. It is important to the pigs, and thus to us, that they get a varied diet.
As a result of this natural existence our Free Range Pork recipe is succulent and nutritious.

About
We make all our recipes by hand and in small batches using different cuts of meat each time. This helps to ensure greater variety. As a result, each batch may vary in terms of colour and consistency.
Our Working Dog Food Free Range Pork formula with vegetables contains approximately two-thirds raw, free range pork (including bone and heart) and one-third fresh, seasonal vegetables. The vegetables are grown locally for Honey’s.
Our vegetable-free formula is 100% free range pork and bone.
Our food is made using the freshest possible ingredients that would, if they weren’t becoming dog food, be completely suitable for human consumption. This is really important not just for ethical reasons, but also because high quality ingredients contain much higher nutritional values.
Our meat is all certified organic, wild or (for this recipe) free range.
All our ingredients come from British farms and are, therefore, seasonal.
Our food meets all the most vigorous nutritional guidelines as set out by the European Pet Food Industry Federation (FEDIAF), the Pet Food Manufacturers Association (PFMA) and the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). We achieve this without adding any supplements.

Out of Season Free Range Pork (complete pet food for dogs). Composition: Minced whole free range pork including finely minced bone and pork heart (67%). Minced carrot, cabbage, cauliflower, parsnip and other seasonal veg (33%). Analytical constituents: Moisture: 68.5%; Protein: 13.4%; Crude Fat: 11.5%; Crude Ash: 3.7%; Crude Fibre: 1.6%.
Out of Season – Vegetable Free – Free Range Pork (complete pet food for dogs). Composition: Minced whole free range pork including finely minced bone and pork heart (95%), pork liver (5%). Analytical constituents. Moisture: 65.5%; Protein: 16.6%; Crude Fat: 14.6%; Crude Ash: 1.8%; Crude Fibre: 1.3%
