The first thing we ask about when visiting the Scottish, Welsh and English farmers from which we buy our beef is their soil. Why? Because good, healthy soil produces rich, luscious grass. And rich, luscious grass, by turn, produces juicier, more flavoursome, more nutritious beef.
All our beef is not only pasture (aka grass) fed but also free range. The cattle largely live out of doors (subject to weather conditions) in verdant fields with readily available shelter and water.

About
We make all our recipes by hand and in small batches using different cuts of meat each time. This helps to ensure greater variety. As a result, each batch may vary in terms of colour and consistency.
Our Working Dog Food Pasture Fed Beef formula with vegetables contains approximately two-thirds raw, pasture fed beef (including bone and heart) and one-third fresh, seasonal vegetables. The vegetables are grown locally for Honey’s.
Our vegetable-free formula is 100% pasture fed beef and bone.
Our food is made using the freshest possible ingredients that would, if they weren’t becoming dog food, be completely suitable for human consumption. This is really important not just for ethical reasons, but also because high quality ingredients contain much higher nutritional values.
Our meat is all certified organic, wild or (for this recipe) free range.
All our ingredients come from British farms and are, therefore, seasonal.
The active version of this recipe has a higher fat content and is designed for dogs who work physically for at least six hours a day.
Our food meets all the most vigorous nutritional guidelines as set out by the European Pet Food Industry Federation (FEDIAF), the Pet Food Manufacturers Association (PFMA) and the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). We achieve this without adding any supplements.

Out of Season – Vegetable Free – Pasture Fed Beef (complete pet food for dogs). Composition: Pasture fed beef mince including finely minced bone (90%) and beef heart (10%). Analytical constituents. Moisture: 63.1%; Protein: 16.8%; Crude Fat: 14.9%; Crude Ash: 3.5%; Crude Fibre: 0.8%.
Active Pasture Fed Beef (complete pet food for dogs). Composition: Minced pasture fed beef including finely minced beef bone and beef heart (67%).
